Simon Ngo is a Sydney-based artist, movement educator, and creative director whose work bridges music, mindfulness, and community culture. With over a decade of experience across Pilates, yoga, and holistic wellness, Simon has built a reputation for uplifting, people-centred leadership — a philosophy that also shapes his emerging career as a singer-songwriter.

As Creative Director and Director of Pilates & Yoga at Flow Athletic, Simon leads program design, instructor development, and community experiences that blend anatomical intelligence with mindful coaching. Under his guidance, Flow Athletic has been recognised as a Top 10 Boutique Studio in the APAC region (BeyondActiv Awards) and crowned Best Personal Training Studio and Most Welcoming Studio, reflecting his commitment to culture, excellence, and human connection.

Simon’s music is an extension of this ethos — emotionally honest, cinematic, and rooted in lived experience. His songwriting explores vulnerability, resilience, and the quiet moments that shape us. His sound blends atmospheric pop with heartfelt storytelling, drawing from his background in movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to create music that feels both grounding and expansive.

Across both industries, Simon is known for his warmth, creativity, and ability to make people feel seen. He has been an AUSactive Awards Finalist every year since 2021, and was crowned Yoga Professional of the Year in 2024, recognising his impact on Australia’s wellness landscape.

Whether on stage, in the studio, or in the classroom, Simon’s mission remains the same: to help people feel more connected — to themselves, to each other, and to the world around them.
